By accessing and using Paipon Technologies' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Services & Deliverables
Scope of Services
Paipon Technologies provides digital solutions including web development, mobile app development, AI integration, DevOps, database development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and related services as agreed upon in individual contracts.
Project Agreements
All projects are subject to individual agreements that outline specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities. These project-specific agreements supplement these general terms.
Service Standards
We commit to delivering services with professional care and skill, using industry-standard practices and technologies. However, we do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Information & Materials
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by incomplete or late client deliverables may affect project timelines.
Feedback & Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays and additional costs.
Compliance
Clients must ensure that all content, materials, and requirements provided comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
Payment Terms
Pricing & Invoicing
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements. Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule specified in the project contract.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, online payment gateways, and other methods as agreed. Payment processing fees, if any, may be borne by the client.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in project suspension and may incur late fees as specified in the project agreement. Continued non-payment may result in contract termination.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to project agreements. Generally, payments for completed work or work in progress are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership Transfer
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However, Paipon Technologies retains rights to underlying technologies, frameworks, and reusable components.
Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of all materials, content, and intellectual property provided to us. Clients grant us a license to use such materials solely for completing the agreed services.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.
Warranties & Limitations
Service Warranty
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional charge for a period specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paipon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. We implement appropriate measures to protect client data and sensitive information.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or litigation in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
